brings over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong foundation in operational systems and client engagement strategy.
Holding a Master’s in Adult and Developmental Education and an Educational Specialist degree in Organizational Development, she has led initiatives that align business growth with operational excellence.
In her current role, Africa works closely with leadership to optimize backend systems, streamline client journeys, and support the implementation of scalable business infrastructures. Her expertise as a systems architect allows her to bridge the gap between vision and execution—delivering processes that support both internal operations and client-facing outcomes.
